MDA host annual UK Market review
If I was to blog about every event I got invited to, (a) the blog would be full to the brim with event details, and (b) I probably wouldn’t have time to blog as I’d be spending all my time at said events. However, one caught my eye this morning.
The Mobile Data Association is hosting their yearly UK Market Review event on the Mobile Content, Premium Billing and Messaging Market on the 24th of May 2007.
The event will have presentations from leading UK Mobile Operators, Analysts, Mobile Billing, Content,
Marketing and Billing Service providers.
The agenda (PDF) looks interesting, and includes a rather fun sounding ‘Meet the Operators’ interactive panel session, where you get the chance to grill executives from all the UK networks (with the suspicious exception of Vodafone, it seems) on the future of the Premium SMS market, their plans for the future, and how the elusive Pay4It service (the long awaited ‘replacement’ for content billing) is coming along.
Interested? It’s being held at the Royal Statistical Society in London EC1 on 24th May, and runs from 8.30am til 1.15pm. For more info, contact Martin Ballard at the MDA via email to martin(dot)ballard(at)themda(dot)org.
