Movius Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Movius Interactive Corporation, a global leader in messaging, collaboration and mobile media solutions, today announced that Stacy Kilgore has been appointed to the position of chief financial officer. In this role, Kilgore will assume responsibility for all aspects of finance, accounting and legal functions. Kilgore will also be a key member of Movius’ executive team and help lead overall corporate strategic planning.
Kilgore has extensive experience in financial operations. Kilgore joined Movius in 2008 and has been serving as Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Movius, Kilgore served as Controller, International Operations at Witness Systems, Inc. (now known as Verint), where he was based in the United Kingdom.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Stacy Kilgore to the position of CFO,” said Oscar Rodriguez, CEO and President of Movius. “He will play a key role as an advisor in developing and executing our business strategy as we continue to grow Movius both domestically and internationally.”

Prior to Witness, he worked in the audit practice at KPMG LLP. Kilgore brings experience working in a global environment, dealing with the complexities of revenue recognition, M&A activities, and international accounting and compliance issues.
